Welcome to the Tri-City Americans Group Ticket Order Portal. Select number of tickets desired. Please fill out all appropriate fields and Proceed to Confirmation. Tickets will be available for pick up in the Tri-City Americans Office or can be picked up at the box office will-call window beginning 1 hour before game time. Tickets will be ready for pick up within 2 business days in the Tri-City Americans Office located on the 1st floor of the Toyota Center -OR- at the box office will-call beginning 1 hour before the game you have purchased tickets for. Important Information: 

• Printed Tickets will be available for pick up within 2 Business Days or by 4:00 pm game day, if purchased less than 2 days prior to game, after account representative processes the order. 
• Printed Tickets can be picked up in the Tri-City Americans office prior to game day, and 1 hour before game at Toyota Center Box Office on game days, ID will be required for pick up. 
• Text Message Delivery is available, ticket will sent in link from Ticketmaster, after Account representative processes order.  Orders will be text to phone number provided at the time of purchase.  
• Account representative will choose the seat location, unless you added special request for seating. Request seating is subject to availability at the time order is processed by account representative.
